Now live — AI inbox intelligence

The mail that matters —
flagged, and answered.

Beacon reads your inbox and tells you, honestly, what needs a decision today. It quietly files the rest, flags what's urgent before it becomes a problem, and drafts a reply — so you're never starting from a blank page. If you're in charge of more than one inbox, department, or company, onboard all of them and get the same clarity across every one.

Features

See what needs you. Skip what doesn't. Reply in one click.

Beacon reads your inbox — or every inbox you're responsible for, across departments and companies — and turns scattered mail into one ranked queue, with a reply already drafted for anything that needs one.

One inbox, or every inbox

Connect a single mailbox to get sharper focus on your own mail, or connect every inbox you oversee across departments and companies. One dashboard either way.

Escalation radar

Every message is scored by real urgency, not keywords — a vendor threatening suspension outranks a newsletter with "URGENT" in the subject line.

Department breakdown

See load and risk by department — Finance, Operations & Procurement, Sales, Pre-Sales — so you know exactly where things are backing up.

Action queue, not a mail list

"Action Needed" and "Direct to you" are separated from FYIs automatically, so your queue is a to-do list, not a wall of unread mail.

Sender history & trust

Track who's writing to you, how often, and how urgent their history has been — so a first-time vendor and a recurring escalation aren't scored the same way.

AI-suggested replies

Beacon reads the email and drafts a reply for you — in context, in your voice. Review it, edit it, or send it as-is, all without leaving the queue.

Ask Beacon

Type a plain question — "what's still unresolved from last month's billing thread" — and get an answer pulled straight from your mail, no digging required.

A calendar it builds for you

Deadlines, appointments, and commitments buried in email threads get pulled out automatically and placed on a calendar — nobody has to type them in by hand.

Coordinator scorecards

See average response time, threads resolved, and SLA adherence for every person handling mail — so accountability doesn't depend on someone checking manually.

How it works

Three steps between "inbox chaos" and "handled."

01

Connect your mailbox

Link one inbox, or every inbox across the roles, departments, and companies you're responsible for. No migration, no changing your email client — Beacon reads alongside what you already use.

02

AI scores and drafts

Each email is classified by urgency, department, and sender history, sorted into Critical, Action Needed, Escalation, or FYI — and a reply is drafted for anything that needs one.

03

You work one queue

Open one dashboard each morning. Send the suggested reply, edit it, or write your own — and trust that nothing critical is sitting unread in a mailbox you didn't get to.

Why Beacon

Most inbox tools stop at sorting. Beacon drafts the reply too.

Inbox speed tools make a single mailbox faster to read. Team helpdesk tools sort a single shared queue. Beacon does both at once — it reads across everything you're responsible for, ranks what actually needs a decision, and writes a first draft so replying takes seconds, not minutes.

About us

We built the tool we needed ourselves.

WATMACH started with a simple, familiar problem: important mail gets lost next to mail that doesn't matter, and the message that actually needs a decision is rarely the one sitting at the top of the inbox.

Beacon is our first product — a tool that reads your inbox and does the one job an inbox was never designed to do: tell you, honestly, what needs you right now, and draft the reply so you can act on it immediately.

Whether you check a single mailbox or oversee mail across several departments and companies, Beacon adjusts to how much you're responsible for — without asking you to change how you already work.

It's the start of a broader line of decision-support tools from WATMACH. Mail was simply where the pain was loudest first.

01

Built around decisions, not tickets

We designed Beacon around how people actually decide what to act on — whether that's one inbox or mail spread across several departments and companies.

02

No migration required

Beacon reads alongside the mail client you already use. Nothing to switch, nothing to relearn.

03

Privacy-first by default

Your mail is read to classify and score it — never stored, sold, or used to train anything beyond your own account.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Do I need to change my email provider or client? +

No. Beacon connects to your existing mailboxes — any major mail provider, or your own custom domain — and reads alongside them. You can keep using whatever client you already use for sending mail.

Is this only useful if I run multiple companies? +

Not at all. Beacon works well for a single busy inbox — it flags what's important, catches things that would otherwise go unnoticed, and helps you decide faster. If you're also in charge of multiple departments or companies, you can onboard those mailboxes too and get the same clarity across all of them, with no hard limit on how many.

How does it decide what's "critical" versus "FYI"? +

Every message is read for intent, sender history, and department context, then scored — not just matched against keywords like "urgent." A repeat vendor threatening account suspension will always outrank a newsletter, regardless of subject line.

Can Beacon reply to emails for me? +

Yes. For anything flagged as needing a response, Beacon drafts a suggested reply based on the email itself and the context around it. You review it, edit it if needed, and send — nothing goes out without you seeing it first, unless you choose to switch on auto-send for specific, low-stakes cases.

Can my team use it, or is it just for one person? +

Both. Individual directors get their own command view; teams can share department-level dashboards so operations, finance, and sales all see their own queue without losing the company-wide picture.

Is my email data secure? +

Yes. Mail is processed to classify and score it, not stored beyond what's needed to power your dashboard, and it's never used to train models outside your own account. Full details are covered in our security documentation, shared during onboarding.

What does it cost? +

Beacon is in early access with pricing shaped around number of connected mailboxes. Book a demo and we'll walk through a plan that fits your setup.
